My Mission
As a Physical Therapist for over 25 years, I strive to promote optimal health and well-being for all of my patients. I specialize in outpatient physical therapy services and focus on individualized treatment plans emphasizing manual treatment techniques, dry needling, and specific motor retraining based on patient goals. I also aim to create natural skin care products that you can feel confident putting on your skin and sharing with your loved ones.
The JENeral Care Promise
All products are handcrafted with love in small batches in my home kitchen, not a regulated facility. All ingredients are certified organic with no added preservatives to best support your health and wellness. Because there are no preservatives, stabilizers, or alcohol in my products, they are best used within one year of the date of purchase. Products are sold "as is" and due to the unique nature of these products, small variations in color, consistency, and texture may occur. Avoid subjecting your products to extreme temperatures as they can liquify, freeze, or separate. For those with specific allergies, be aware that my kitchen does handle nuts, gluten, and soy and many of my products contain beeswax. Please test a small area of your skin first before full application if you have any concerns.

I started creating my own organic skin care products in 2020 for family and friends as a way to spread my love of health and well being. Over the years, I have perfected my recipes and gained a small following. I promised myself that I would find a way to make my products available to anyone who shared my passion for organic skin care. I hope you enjoy these products as much as I do.

Scheduling a Physical Therapy Appointment
At the bottom of this website, you will find my personal phone and email, along with the locations I offer physical therapy. I have two different locations based on patient needs and offer both insurance options and cash based services. Email, text, or call to schedule a physical therapy appointment with me.
I can also provide in - home physical therapy sessions, as well as virtual consults, and home exercise program prescription for those nagging aches and pains that may not require formal treatment.
